As Residential Youth Caregivers at Milton Hershey School, couples will provide a nurturing environment for students, engage in responsibilities such as administering medication, and maintain a family structure. They will also handle responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
