Job Description
Couples in this role will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in our care. As Houseparents, they will be responsible for guiding a group of 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities, and fostering a career-focused education. They will work as a team to support students' needs, providing a consistent and stable environment. Flexibility is key in this role, as couples will need to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, they must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Finally, they must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have valid driver's licenses.
