About the Job
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As Houseparents, you will provide a supportive home environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your Responsibilities:
- Live on campus and manage a group of 8-12 students
- Oversee essential daily responsibilities including transportation and medication administration
- Provide a nurturing family-like environment for our students
- Work collaboratively with your spouse as a team
- Be available for occasional overtime or special events
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
