About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Responsibilities
As a Houseparent, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing a safe and supportive environment for students
* Guiding students in their daily lives, including homework and personal development
* Handling transportation and administration tasks
* Maintaining open communication with school staff and administrators
