Job Description:
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to provide a family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, managing household tasks, and guiding students in daily devotions. You will also be required to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must have a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
