Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private institution providing an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside on campus to provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students in grades pre-K through 12.

As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading students in various activities and being a positive influence in their lives.
