What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Residence Directors position at Milton Hershey School?
The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a key part of our residential program, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students in a family-like setting. You will live on campus, manage household responsibilities, and be responsible for the overall well-being of your assigned student home.

To qualify, couples must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be at least 27 years old, have been legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children living in the student home.
