We are seeking couples who can provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. They should also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (without proselytizing). A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
