Your responsibilities will include guidance, administration, and transportation, all while maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily routines and activities for students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, fostering trust and open communication.
- Collaborate with school staff to address individual student needs and goals.
- Provide guidance on daily devotions and facilitate attendance at Sunday chapel services.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with youth preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Candidates must demonstrate integrity, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
