Job Description:
As a couple, you will reside in an on-campus home at Milton Hershey School, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include guiding students, administering medication, and managing household tasks within a supportive family-like structure. To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with youth, be legally married, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

About the Role:

The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School offers a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

· Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)
