The Residential Youth Caregiver position at Milton Hershey School offers a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
