Job Description
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside on campus and provide a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding students in their daily activities, administering medications, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
You will also be responsible for driving students to appointments and activities, budgeting, and reporting. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
