Job Description
As a House Parent, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, family-like environment for our students. You will reside on-campus with your spouse and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing student homes, handling administrative tasks, and serving as a role model for our students. You will also have the opportunity to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must possess certain skills and qualifications. These include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; being legally married for at least two years; both spouses being age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children residing in the student home; abiding by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; and possessing a valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans.
