Job Description
As a residential caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will reside on-campus in a student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide daily care, handle responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and create a consistent family-like structure for the students.
Couples will work together to support the students' academic success, personal development, and physical well-being. They will also participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.
