Benefits Package
Our compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as relocation assistance and paid training.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you must abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies. You will also need to obtain valid driver's licenses and complete individual employment applications.
