Milton Hershey School is seeking qualified couples to join our team as Houseparents, Full-Time. As a Houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a nurturing and structured environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will live on-campus with your family and be responsible for guiding a small group of students, supporting them through daily activities, administering medication, and creating a family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Live on-campus with your family and provide a family-like structure for students
- Guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Support students through daily activities, administer medication, and handle responsibilities such as driving and budgeting
- Handle reporting and other administrative tasks
Benefits
- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
