Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings.
In addition to our competitive salary and benefits, we also provide relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule offers nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. We also offer a three-week paid summer vacation.
