About the Role
We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing family environment for groups of 8-12 students. As a Flex Houseparent, you will guide and nurture your assigned group of students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Qualifications
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older
* No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
* Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
