What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Residential Staff position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join its residential staff team as Family Caregivers. In this unique role, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students in a residential setting.
As a couple, you will live on-campus in a student home with approximately 8-12 students, creating a family-like structure that fosters growth and development. Your responsibilities will include guiding students, managing daily routines, and providing emotional support.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with other residential staff members to create a positive and inclusive community for all students. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and paid training.
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
