Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to serve as residential support staff in a family-like structure. The successful candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students
- Provide a consistent and supportive environment
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
