Job Description:
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to our students. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while residing on campus with your spouse.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and support to students, including medication administration, budgeting, and promoting a family-like environment
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, encouraging their growth and development
- Collaborate with other houseparents and school staff to ensure student success
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be married for at least two years, and both spouses should be 27 or older. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
