Job Description
We are seeking experienced couples to become flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Reside in on-campus student home with spouse
- Guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students
- Provide daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)

- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- Limitations on pets. Only fish and one dog of approved breeds is permitted
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
