Job Description
As a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a nurturing environment for students in a family-like setting. Responsibilities include administering medication, driving student home vans, and ensuring the wellbeing of students while managing household tasks. You will be part of a team that guides and nurtures students, providing a consistent family-like structure. We are seeking married couples who can work together in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
