As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a consistent family-like structure for our students, handling responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead daily devotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding students in a family-like environment
- Administering medication and managing household tasks
- Driving and transporting students
- Budgeting and financial management
- Reporting and communication with staff
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses 27 years old or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
