Job Description
As Residential Youth Caregiver couples, you will serve as flex houseparents in a residential setting, nurturing and guiding groups of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing a family-like structure. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. You will lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, promoting spiritual growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. Valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Furthermore, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
