Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students in grades pre-K through 12. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus in a student home with your spouse, guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include providing a consistent family-like structure, handling household responsibilities, and taking care of daily tasks such as driving and administering medication.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and the couple should have been legally married for at least two years. The couple must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
