At Milton Hershey School, we believe that every student deserves a chance to succeed. As a Flex Houseparent, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential. You and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Compensation Package
- A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

We also offer relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule allows for a period of personal time while students are at school, and we provide three-week paid summer vacation.
