About the Role
We are seeking married couples who have a passion for working with youth and are willing to relocate to Hershey, PA.
Flex houseparents will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
High school diploma or GED required, along with valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
