Milton Hershey School seeks dedicated couples to become part of our team as Flex Houseparents. In this unique role, you and your spouse will live on-campus, guiding a small group of students and helping them achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
  • Age 27 or older, both spouses
  • No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
