About This Role
We are seeking married couples to join our team as houseparents. As a houseparent, you will live on campus with your spouse and provide a nurturing family-like environment for students. You will work closely with your spouse to create a consistent and supportive living situation for the students, and you will be responsible for guiding 8-12 students at a time.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be at least 27 years old. You should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. You and your spouse must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
