Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become houseparents. As a houseparent team, you will provide a family-like environment for students in grades pre-K to 12, guiding and nurturing them in on-campus homes.
The role involves managing daily activities, administering medication, and offering emotional support. You will be responsible for creating a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and reporting.
As a houseparent team, you will reside in an on-campus student home and be responsible for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
