About the Role
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your spouse and other staff members to create a safe and welcoming community for students. Your key responsibilities will include guiding and supervising groups of 8-12 students, managing daily responsibilities, and supporting their educational journey while residing on campus.
Key Requirements
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Must be married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
