We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, providing a consistent family-like structure for your assigned students. The position involves providing daily care and supervision, handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting student progress.
Requirements
We require experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples should have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses being 27 or older. We also limit dependent children residing in the student home to three, with restrictions on pets and smoking on campus.
