Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Residential Youth Care Specialists. In this unique role, you and your spouse will work collaboratively to provide a family-like environment for students in our care.
Responsibilities include managing daily tasks such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting, as well as guiding students in daily activities and devotionals. You will also have the opportunity to participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Candidates must be comfortable working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and meet certain qualifications including being legally married for at least two years and having a high school diploma or GED.
