Flex Houseparent Opportunities
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for the students, handle responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, and reporting, and participate in daily activities with the students.

As a Flex Houseparent, you will have access to comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package approximately $150,000 per couple). You will also receive relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule that includes nine days on followed by three days off.
To be eligible for this role, you must be a married couple with at least two years of marriage experience, have experience working or volunteering with youth, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
