Flex Houseparents Opportunity
Milton Hershey School invites married couples to apply for flex houseparent positions. As a flex houseparent, you will live on campus with your spouse and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students. This unique opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these young people.
About the Role
- Live on-campus with your spouse and students
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Nurture a family-like environment within the student home
Candidates should have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Valid driver's licenses and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
