The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents in on-campus student homes. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, nurturing them into capable and compassionate individuals.
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in a student home with your spouse, caring for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing household duties, fostering a family-like environment, and providing emotional support to students.
