About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for married couples to serve as flex houseparents on our campus. As a flex houseparent, you will provide guidance and support to a small group of students, driving them to appointments, administering medication, and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in paid training and relocation assistance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
