What are the responsibilities and job description for the Couples Youth Care Specialist position at Milton Hershey School?

As a Youth Development Specialist, you will work closely with your spouse as a flex houseparent, residing on-campus and providing care and guidance to a group of 8-12 students.
This role requires married couples to support students in a family-like environment while managing daily responsibilities such as driving and budgeting. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives through education and mentorship.

As a couple, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You will be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
