We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus with a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like structure and guiding them in their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks necessary to ensure the well-being of the students.
