Salary and Benefits

As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, which totals approximately $150,000 per couple. Job Description

As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. You will work closely with your spouse to provide a consistent structure and support system for the students, managing household tasks and responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses must be age 27 or older, and you must be able to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
