We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* A two-year minimum marriage requirement
* Both spouses aged 27 or older
* No more than three dependent children residing in the student home
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* High school diploma or GED required
* Demonstration of a high degree of integrity and commitment to the role

* Both spouses must be willing to work together as a team, sharing responsibilities and supporting each other in their roles
* Ability to maintain a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
* Limitations on pets, only fish and one approved breed dog allowed
