The Youth Development Specialist is responsible for serving as a flex houseparent for students, offering emotional support, and managing daily responsibilities. Couples will be required to relocate to our campus in Hershey, PA, where they will reside with their assigned students and work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of our students.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling various tasks, including medication administration, budgeting, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We are looking for couples who are comfortable leading students and can demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
