At Milton Hershey School, we're seeking a skilled couple to join our team as a Youth Development Specialist. As a flex houseparent, you'll provide a stable and nurturing environment for groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
This role requires effective collaboration between spouses to manage household responsibilities, support students' development, and lead daily activities. You'll work closely with your partner to create a family-like structure that promotes positive growth and well-being in our students.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
