In this unique role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing your assigned group, handling daily tasks such as driving and administering medication, and working closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being of your students.
Salary and Benefits
You will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approximately $150,000 per couple), which includes a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training. Additionally, you will enjoy a structured schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, while adhering to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
