Role Summary
This position involves working as a married couple to provide a nurturing environment for students in a family-like setting. As House Parents, you will take on the responsibilities of guiding and mentoring students, managing daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Guiding and mentoring students in daily activities
- Managing student homes and providing a safe living environment
- Driving, administering medication, and performing other essential tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
