In this role, you will serve as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, while working closely with the school's staff to ensure the well-being of your assigned students.
To be successful in this position, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
As a Developmental Services Associate, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) and comprehensive benefits. You will also receive relocation assistance and paid training, as well as a flexible schedule consisting of nine days on followed by three days off.
