We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Family Guidance Counselors. As a Family Guidance Counselor, you will work closely with students and their families to provide emotional support, guidance, and counseling. You will also collaborate with other educators and caregivers to ensure that students receive the best possible support and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students and their families
- Conduct regular counseling sessions with students and families
- Collaborate with other educators and caregivers to develop and implement individualized plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and well-being
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of experience working with children or families in a counseling or guidance role
- Ability to establish and maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans
