We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment.
You will provide a consistent structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Couples will also cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
