Flex Houseparent Opportunity
Milton Hershey School is seeking a couple to join our team as a flex houseparent. In this role, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will be responsible for guiding a group of 8-12 students in a stable family-like setting, ensuring they thrive both academically and personally. This involves handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
