Compensation Package:
You will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This package includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Responsibilities:
As a houseparent couple, your responsibilities will include providing daily care and guidance to students, handling household duties, and attending school events. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements:
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable living in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets.
